Refund policy

• No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns once the products have been delivered.
• Non-Refundable Delivery & Stolen Items: No refunds will be provided if the flowers are stolen or if they lose freshness because no one was available to receive the delivery.
• Change of Mind: Once a delivery has left the store with the courier, no refunds or cancellations will be issued for a change of mind.
